Attorney Paul M. Bogos has acquired a great reputation for being a passionate and hardworking trial lawyer. Paul has been a licensed attorney in good standing since his Admission to the State of Michigan Bar in 1997.  He received his

undergraduate degree in Political Science from Saint.Louis University in 1994, graduating Cum Laude. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1997 where he was an editor of the Law Review. While obtaining his law degree, he served as a Judicial Clerk to The Honorable James Nowicki, Chief Judge, Macomb Probate Court.

Prior to going into private practice as a criminal defense attorney, Paul started his legal career at O'Reilly, Rancilo, P.C. serving as an assistant prosecuting attorney for the city of Sterling Heights where he gained extensive courtroom experience prosecuting all phases of criminal cases, including jury trials. As a former prosecutor, he was responsible for prosecuting OWI Drunk Driving Offenses, Domestic Violence, Retail Fraud, Drug Crimes and other major misdemeanor offenses.

In 2002 Paul began his own law practice and is the founding member of The Law Office of Paul M. Bogos & Associates, P.C.. His practice today concentrates exclusively on Criminal Defense, which includes Traffic Law and Personal Injury. He is regarded among his peers as an expert in OWI / DUI Drunk Driving Defense. He is admitted to practice in all Michigan State and Federal Courts. Furthermore, Paul is committed to continuing legal education and has attended various legal seminars and conferences over the years.
